Lerae Gidyk

Since 1999, I have provided coaching on a global scale to organizations and people from various backgrounds, circumstances and positions. My clients are leaders who want to increase their influence, develop their skills and improve their life quality overall, people who want something different or have a sense there is something more that life has to offer, and coaches who seek mentorship, education or desire to coach with more ease and impact.

Discovering the coaching profession, was significant and incredibly affirming to me. I had always been searching for a certain sense of alignment. I knew intuitively that I was living out of alignment and was determined to find alignment. That moment when something would ‘click’ or fall into place inside me. Coaching made my life, all of my past decisions and me, make sense. Through coaching, I have been able to express all the different facets of my personality; and fulfill my insatiable desire to learn, grow and design my life through conscious choice. I work from home. I set my hours. I am present for my husband and two children. When I complete a day of coaching I am more energized than I was when I started. My email inbox is a vessel for gratitude that I marvel at and appreciate daily.
